I am rating this company 10/10 so far just based on their customer service. They literally came up as an ad somewhere online, so I was not searching for them. However, I saw some products I was interested in and I figured that it wouldn't hurt to ask about availability for my needs.Then Edward jumped on the chat and pretty much blew me away with his amazing customer service. He was very patient and helpful and answered my questions even before I asked them and shared so much information I didn't even know I needed.I was about to ask him to send me a chat transcript. Before I could finish asking the question, he already offered to send it to my email. It was like that throughout the whole chat.This was the company and the experience I didn't know I needed. I will have to come back after I place my first order but I said to Edward, I would be more than delighted to give a great review before I even make a purchase. He didn't have to ask. Then I am scanning the other reviews and seeing that almost everyone is saying the same thing. You can obviously train your reps to offer great service but you may not necessarily train them to be 'nice' and Edward was just plain nice.
I forgot my password, locked out of my account, and had questions about my order. Edize, was the customer service rep that fixed everything for me, and answered my questions. Edize was very polite and professional. I have been very impressed by the customer service with this company. Also I have to mention Jessica Z., who was so very nice on welcoming us via email.
I'm so glad I found this website. Package does seem to take a few days to delivered but however if I ever have questions for my order, I always get assistance very quickly. Raina was very supportive of my concern. Keep up the good work!
Every time I order from them they are fast to deliver. They package everything so well. quick to resolve shipping issues. Everyone is very knowledgeable about their products and what's going on. Their online customer service is always quick to respond and help with any issue. Pricing is great as well.
