HiI ordered first time from the Factory Price Jewelry at the end of November. My package came very quick. About two weeks to UK(Scotland). I ordered a lots of jewellery and everything came well packed. The jewellery is beautiful, good quality and look even better in real than at the pictures. Communication with company is really great. Every question I had I send the email and they respond very quickly and they are always helpful. They care about their customers.I think this company needs some good words. I had a great experience and I’m glad that I ordered from them. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will definitely order again.Thank you Iwona.
I think someone many people need to understand (especially if ordering from the US) these companies do not control shipping or how long it takes to get through customs. So don’t let these ratings complaining about shipping make you doubt the product itself. I have placed 3 orders and every time customer service has been great on letting me know of something was out of stock or if there is a delay (which once it’s out of their hands they don’t really need to track IMO)All products have been great quality and I plan to order more. They have been great. Again, coming from overseas will always take a longer time (and probably even more with all the other issues going on here is the US)Highly recommend and they have so much to choose from as well
I like that you get exactly what you have seen on the website. Moreover, they ship fairly quickly and when and ordered item is not available they send you a refund right away. Communication is great and follow up support after delivery is excellent. I have placed 3 orders and I will continue to buy from them. Receiving a little gift with every order makes the buying experience all the more enjoyable.
This is by far the best company ever. Their order and delivery process is great and hasslefree. Delivery is so quick - I have ordered 4 times from them now and I have always received my order just over a week later.The quality of the jewellery is fantastic. I have ordered some pieces that I didnt like but that was my own personal taste NOT the quality.The customer services is fantastic as well. I receive regular emails asking if everything is ok and if I like my recent order. I also have received quick responses when I have had to email any questions or queries to them.I cannot recommend Factory price jewellery highly enough and would definitely recommend them to everyone.
I placed an order with factory price jwellery which is now everfulwholesale. The order was placed on 27/10/25. I was never told why my order was returned to China after it reached London. Since then I have been told many times that someone would update me regarding the status. I have not heard anything from them, nor had a refund. Yes they gave me a compensation of 18 quid but my money is still stuck and I have not seen my order yet
I am so happy with my order at The Factory Price Jewelry. They were able to send me a huge order for one of my projects at work in Quebec. It took 2 weeks to receive the package which was perfect.
