Review Time
I have been waiting for a delivery that I sent to Everful on the 17th January 2026. Still waiting and paid in full. I have contacted the company many times with very little success. I have many excuses from different people but the out come is always the same “ out with our control “The products are good and mostly in good condition however the service hugely lacks empathy and respect for the customer.I asked for their Head Office details and was refused the information but was told the Head office was in Colorado. I searched and the information said it is in Washington DC.To expect any one to wait 49 days/ 35 business days is beyond belief. I asked for a refund and was told this was not an option. They have been paid yet I don’t have my stock.
I reached out to customer service and they were quick about getting back with me and assured me that I will be receiving my order within a reasonable amount of time. You can't beat the prices. I hope the quality is just as good as the price. I will post an update once I receive my products. Thank you!
I just stumbled upon this website today and was very eager to place an order for several items but had a few questions I was hoping to have answered before doing so.
