This was my first experience with Factory Price Jewelry. I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received. I had been looking at other vendors directly in China. The prices might be low but the shipping was way out of budget. I started searching for other alternatives and found FPJ. I found the item I wanted, and free shipping. But it was truly the customer service I received that made me purchase. Neri was my customer service rep. She was so patient and helpful. She got me all the information I needed, talked me through account set up, troubleshooting when I needed help, and just took every care to make sure I got what I truly needed. You don’t find good customer service like this very often.Thank you! I am looking forward to receiving my package.
They so helpful and communicative. They even email you promptly if there is an item that is no longer available. With a chat, they give you no resolution and end up telling you to look for an email in 78 hours that won’t come. But my experience has been I leave with answers when I ask the questions.

Factory Price Jewelry is incredible. So much variety and great items at such affordable prices. I have ordered everything from craft supplies, mirrors, stuffed dolls, crossbody bags and so much more. Everything always comes packaged well. Delivery takes a bit of time so just plan your order in advance if you need the items by a certain date. I placed multiple orders so far and will continue to be a loyal customer.
