Real surgical steel earrings! My ears are very sensitive to metals, I can't even wear real gold or plated studs without them swelling.

Photos don't look like the products.I bought wooden flesh tunnels that looked a lovely warm brown in the photo but both arrived so dark, they look black and you can't tell they are made of wood.Another pair were the mother of pearl flesh plugs. First - they look much narrower than the size I ordered, even holding them up next to the other ones I bought, you can tell they are not the same size. Second of all the mother of pearl bit looks really cheap and tacky. The photo makes it look like a curve of pearl inlay but in reality it's thin and flat, looks like a sticker. Not worth £16!Unfortunately I took them out of the bag so can't send them back even though I haven't worn them.They should make their refund policy clearer.A note inside the order would be helpful.Very disappointed with this company. I won't be ordering from them again.EDIT after receiving reply: My first thought wasn't to leave a bad review it was to simply return the items that were poor quality or wrong size.It was then, that I saw your return policy stating that because it's body jewellery, buy law you are not required to accept returns that have been removed from the bag and that size and quality should be checked while the bag is sealed.This is why I said above you should make your policy clear by including it in the box with the items.I then read other reviews and loads of people state you refuse returns if bag is open not matter what the reason.So why exactly do you find it laughable that I didn't contact you to ask if it would be different for me??After reading your replies to other 1 star reviews, I could tell it would be a waste of time as your customer service is clearly lacking.Your replies are unprofessional and childish.So that is the reason I didn't contact you and instead wrote an honest review to warn others.If however I am wrong and you really do care about happy customers. I will take you up on your offer of how you would (past tense) of rectified the issues had I emailed you first, and I will gladly amend my review.In the meantime update your photos so they accurately represent what you sell. Saying wood varies so it's not possible is a poor excuse. I ordered 2 wooden plugs and they both arrived identical and nothing like the photo.
