I wanted to cancel my subscription with intention of resigning again in abt 3 months. They immediately were able to pause it and even switch the terms from monthly to 3 months subscription
I use Restora-Z. Because I don’t use the medication daily I occasionally have to pause my subscription and restart it. Every time I contact Everlife their Customer support is always timely and helpful. Thank you!

I selected to have one month delivered and they put it on auto renew. I intentionally did not select auto renew because I wasn’t sure the product would work and it does not work better than any other sleeping agent I’ve ever tried and 100% not worth the price. And obviously not a trust worthy company.
The company has been and generally is responsive. However, when calling to refill my recent prescription, they could not take payment by credit cards that had been previously used with their prior pharmacy. i could receive no explanation and still have received no confirmation that my originial prescription has been approved or not.
I have had two issues on a cancellation which they took care of immediately. I wish I could afford all the products but I am on a budget so I have to stop and start subscriptions which they have helped me with. I think the products are exceptional and they work well for me.
I have had a great experience with this company. Their customer service is excellent, and the response time is fast anytime I have a question. The sermorelin also seems like very good quality, and I feel confident ordering from them. I would definitely recommend them.
This has been an outstanding experience. I have tried several other providers and none are as convenient as Everlife. The respond promptly and have the product I want at prices that make it possible for normal guys like me to have fantastic health and fitness routines. Thank you Everlife team.
If I could rate this lower, I would. I ordered a product on 1/2, and as of 1/14, it still hasn't arrived. My card was charged, and despite multiple calls and emails with representatives assuring me my order was shipped, I have yet to receive anything or obtain a tracking number. They have denied my refund request and instead offered me a discount on my next purchase, which I find unacceptable given the poor treatment I have received.
