My experience has been great using Sermorelin and NAD. Between fasting and using these two products I have lost 30lbs . So I'm in the best shape I have been in over 25yrs. They seem to be the key my body needed. Thank you for your great products.

Issue resolved and rating the company higher than before

Overall I have had a good experience with this company. I had one negative experience with them not responding to emails for a canceled order. It got resoved after quite a few tries. So at this time I am rating the company higher.

Simply Great Customer Service

Was taking Restora-Z with solid results although I found that I did not take them every night, sometimes skipping a night if the day had been quite physical. I was unaware that my account was set on auto-renew until I got an email alerting me that my new prescription was filled and sent by post. This would be wonderful under normal circumstances but my employment situation had recently changed and I found myself looking to cut $ anywhere I could. Not expecting any result I reached out to EverLife and explained my situation, and to my amazement Ledy Mae responded in the most kind and understanding way. She said that she had cancelled the auto-renew feature in settings for my account AND she said she had refunded the money back to my card. I was shocked! What a generous offering. I am still blown away. And thankful. To EverLife and Ledy Mae.

I am on the sermorelin therapy from…

I am on the sermorelin therapy from Everlife. I have just started the therapy so as far as how it’s working I’m still waiting a while for results (although I have had more energy the last couple of days). But as far as customer service Everlife has been amazing. I have contacted them three times so far and have received helpful, same day responses.

I am very thankful to have found Everlifemd. I have so much trouble sleeping and have tried many different sleep aids. Restora-z has improved my sleep tremendously. I have a lot more energy during the day and can finally focus while working. I debated for quite a while before finally purchasing. I ended up being a great decision!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, I have tried multiple times to get help from them but nothing happens. I believe this company is a scam do not purchase anything from them.
