Review Time
I first ordered their Restora Z in early September and then by October I still hadn't received the order. I contacted customer service and they told me to place a new order since my card was never charged. I did this and two weeks later followed up since again I didn't receive any shipping notification. I was then told on 3 separate occasions within the following 3 weeks that my order would be shipped within 24 hours and I would receive the tracking number that evening. Absolutely nothing, they never fulfilled the product and finally I got frustrated enough that I had to ask for a refund.
I had ordered Sermorelin from Evelife and communicated via chat with one of the Drs regarding switching from NAD+ injections (purchased elsewhere) to subligual and was advised the sublingual method is not as effective as the subdermal. He asked if I still wanted it and my response was "I will pass". It was sent anyway. Then 2 months later, sent again. I made a reach out to customer support referencing the communication where I had declined the prescription. No response. Now, 2 months later and I AGAIN receive yet another 2 month supply. Of course, I am being charged for something I DID NOT authorize and clearly declined. Had they not had my cc on file for the Sermorelin, they would not have been able to fraudulently charge for the NAD+ I did not want. I have requested a full refund and truly hope they respond this time. Incidentally, there have been no email communications regarding these orders being processed/filled or notification of shipment, unlike those I receive for the Sermorelin I purchased. Really disappointing and hoping to resolve this matter. Update: Everlife is issuing a full refund. They responded quickly and satisfactorily.
