Review Time
I did notice anything different with the sermorelin. I decided to try a different product they carry. I still haven't lost weight since May(maybe 2lbs)They were very courteous and answered questions quickly but the troubles that I had were mostly technical (like not being able to login to my dashboard) this issue still isn't fixed. The issue stops me from canceling or changing prescription Had products worked and no technical issues i would have given 5 stars based on customer service.
Waited almost a week never recieved the product then when I reached out to cancel the order it had been “shipped.” Now will just have to go through the steps of returning it if I ever receive it. Fingers crossed…UPDATE! Now they are saying they do not allow refunds either so that “guarantee” is worthless.
Customer service is stellar! 10/10. First, the ordering process was expeditious - my doctor was fast, efficient, and informative and my questions were answered almost immediately. I unfortunately had issues with delivery - which was totally the carrier's issue and not Everlife's, but they handled the matter themselves - not only quickly, but also with great care - 10 out of 10! I could not ask for a better process. Everlife has earned my loyalty because of my experience. Top notch!!!
When I decided to try restore z i specifically put 1 time order because i just wanted to try it. Well turns out it sucks didn't sleep any better whats so ever. No biggie i tried Well even though I put no subscription they setup a subscription anyway and charged my account again. So i contact them to let them know i don't want the pills and they say they can't refund or cancel because the prescription is for me. But its the dam same pills they send to everyone who orders restore z. Total scam company any company that signs you up for subscription even after you stated you didn't want 1 is bogus and untrustworthy. I ordered restora-z. It worked well. The renewal automatically happens after 90 days. I sent an email requesting a refund and they had no problem refunding me immediately. They are very responsive. They did not give me a hard time. I would definitely order from them when the time comes. Overall I had a wonderful experience and the product works well. Thank you for the great customer care.
I'm usually skeptical of deals that sound too good to be true, I couldn't enter the a promo code for the discount and the customer service assured me once they had received my payment they would apply the discount/credit. I got a text saying it was applied. So nothing to worry about. I'm very happy when companies are honest. Thanks everlife.
Tremendous customer service. On my first order of Semorelin. The noticeable results were almost instant. Weight falling off and muscle growth noticed by people already. I stopped taking bioidentical TRT, because Semorelin works so well.
