Very bad experience. the dealer finished repairing my jeep on january 30.I already sent them the invoice for the payment that they had authorized and they still havent paid . Not to mention the incidents Ive had with the company since december 30th , which was when I contacted everytingbreaks to authorize the wort. Sttill waiting for them to process the payment.
They approved a covered repair and mechanic fixed. They have promised that a check has been mailed three times in the last six weeks. Still no check. Cannot get supervisor to call back. Beginning law suit this next week 16 hours of hold on phone to try to get them to complete their legal obligation They lie all the time. Terrible company.
Review: Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid This Warranty CompanyI had an incredibly frustrating experience with Everything Breaks and I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing a policy from them. When I bought my extended warranty, I was promised hassle-free repairs and great customer support—unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from the truth. When my Audi needed a timing chain they denied the claim stating it was pre-existing. I wanted to follow/up with the inspector, but the customer service representative told me if that is what the inspector stated then that’s it. It took the inspector 7 days to look at my car. I had to continuously call to see when an inspector would inspect my vehicle. After endless hold times, I was met with unhelpful representatives who seemed more interested in denying my claim than actually assisting me. I requested to speak with the inspector or a supervisor, but there was no one to speak with. There was never a supervisor available to speak to you. This company is all about taking your money and making it nearly impossible to get the coverage they promise. If you’re considering an extended warranty from them, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Absolutely would not recommend.
Received a call on the weekend, spoke with the sales person, extremely nice, gave me options, and advised that the name IS, "Everything Breaks," so... Months went by, not a single payment missed, and even a duplicate payment was made in Dec of 2024. Now, vehicle has a break; called in, the customer service representative 15minute wait. He advised it would be covered because it's an A/C issue, and radiator, gave a list of parts, so; just have the repair shop contact us; and we'll start the claim. 1 hour later the repair shop calls, "It was denied. Due to the parts." Call, "Everything" back 1 hr wait, the customer service rep had no notations; just that the claim was submitted; then transfer to auto claims; 1hr wait, to be told by a rep with a very rude demeanor that I was told it would be approved because it could've been the parts that they cover, but these parts aren't "expressly covered in my warranty", so it's not. No other options, and thank you for giving us this free money. WTF?! SCAM!!!
Jess explained everything to me in a very thorough manner. He never was pushy, yet quite the opposite. He was more of a consultant, guiding me through what I actually needed versus trying to sell me on anything. He was respectful, patient, and allowed me the time to make an informative decision. I can honestly say that his approach was most likely the reason I decided to choose Everything Breaks…not to mention the package offered to me at a more than reasonable investment. Very excited, and truly happy that I can sleep tonight knowing I made a great decision today.
My handicap van has been in the shop for TWO WEEKS! I am waiting on an appraisal from Anything Breaks and they keep coming up with excuses. This is my only way of transportation I can’t get a handicap uber here and can’t rent one! I’m stuck but they don’t care!!!!

With 20 years of experience working in the warranty business, the head honchos at Everything Breaks know that traditional extended warranties don’t always work in the consumer’s favor. Paying a large sum upfront for extended coverage isn’t consumer-friendly, and being bound to a contract for up to 72 months is just plain unreasonable. So, they created a monthly protection program that works for you by alleviating hefty upfront payments and long-term commitments. At Everything Breaks, we always keep the customer in mind when developing new protection plans. It’s our mission and pleasure to offer great coverage at an affordable price.See more
