Still waiting on a a delivery from debenhams ment to be express ordered 17/11/25 you advised waiting for order on the 19/11/25 still not delivered debhams told me have to wait for 6 december before they can do anything im 75years old need new coat due to the bad weather
I normally don’t complain, but I had booked acourier pickup for Saturday 22nd November.I received an email telling me that nobody wasat home when they called so they would try againnext working day. Myself and my family were allat home all day and nobody called. I received adelivery the next day which was left on the doorstep,I have not received an update even though I have sent an enquiry. My parcel is still here waiting to be collected. Very disappointed.
Delivered to the wrong address evri is supposed to have three attempts it would be helpful to call customer or email also check pinned address but it’s only been one attempt now evri is sending my parcel back to sender I told disappointed because it was a gift I would no longer be order where evri is the company being used to deliver.
