Shipping delays are unacceptable

We placed our order on Dec 11 with a promised 2-3 day shipping for kids. Now it's Dec. 24, and the item is still in transit. If the service is unable to deliver within the stated timeframe, they should provide accurate shipping estimates.

Frustrating Insurance Coverage Experience

The insurance has denied coverage for my doctor's prescribed sensor multiple times. After adjusting the prescription for coverage, I was informed that a review form needs to be submitted. I have been without the necessary sensor to manage my insulin, and now I have to wait for approval, which is extremely frustrating.

Insurance Claim Denied Multiple Times

My doctor prescribed a specific sensor, but the insurance has denied the claim four times. When I contacted them, I learned they only cover a different sensor. After my doctor adjusted the prescription, I was informed that a form needs to be submitted for review. I've been without the sensor to manage my insulin and now have to wait for approval, which is very frustrating.

Shocking Service Experience

The service has been absolutely appalling. They lost my item, delivered it to the wrong address, and provided a photo of a house that isn’t mine. This is the worst delivery service!

Consistent Customer Service Issues

I am shocked by the customer service! My parcel was late, and the driver claimed there was no access, despite it being a gate. I was also told I would receive a callback, which never happened.

Delivery Problems with Couriers

The couriers are not reading addresses correctly and keep delivering to the wrong locations. They throw packages onto balconies without knocking, and my parcels keep going missing. I suspect they are being stolen.
