A fantastic first experience with the service.

I was initially hesitant about making a purchase from the service due to my lack of experience. However, I had no reason to be concerned. I ordered trainers that were £65 off, and they arrived in brand new condition, looking amazing. The packaging was perfect. I ordered on December 26th and received them by December 29th. The tracking was superb, allowing me to know exactly when my order would arrive. I'm very happy with my experience. Thank you, I will definitely be shopping here again! 😁👍

Received incorrect size.

I was sent the wrong size. I ordered an 11 but got a 12 instead. To make matters worse, I'm in the US and had to pay customs fees. Now I have to deal with the hassle of returning them. The email I sent to customer support hasn't been effective.
