I had a very unsatisfactory experience. While traveling, I ordered several items and just opened the delivery today. The condition of the products is simply unacceptable. Order details:
– The T-shirt had stains and appeared dirty.
– The shoes came with the plastic tag still attached. Order details:
– Both the shirt and underwear had yellow stains and noticeable hand marks.
– The shirt still had the plastic tag on and seemed used. When I reached out about this, the support team instructed me to return the items — but then refused the return for the underwear, despite sending it in a dirty and unhygienic state. This is extremely unprofessional and reflects very poor quality control.
