Extremely Disappointing Service- AVOID AT ALL COSTI have had an extremely disappointing experience with ETW Technologies. Despite paying their exorbitant fees, my water filter and softener are still not working. I've tried calling and chatting with their support multiple times, but no one responds. After six weeks of waiting, an engineer finally came, but he didn't speak English, making communication impossible. The issue remains unresolved.I've also tried to lodge a complaint via their app, but it was of no use. I sent an email but received no response. A few years ago, their service was good, but it has significantly declined. It seems they are only interested in taking money without providing proper service. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
I have used EWT for a few years. It was always a bit of a wait to get the service booked but now it’s an utter joke. I have called 3 times and was given dates, took days off to be home and no one turned up. Someone called me about a cancellation and then of course no one showed up either. Waste of time and not sure how to proceed from here
Terrible service.I have this instaled in a house that I moved in, so I asked for assistance, the technician just changed the water filter and a small pipe, I told him that the tank was durty and he told me to clean it miself. And didn't even brought a salt. I called there to complain anout the cleaning, at first they said they would send someone what never happened. When I called again they first said I'd need to pay a part and when I argued they said that they Don't clean, that I have to do myself. The machine is complex, I can't clean it properly by myself without disassemble it, they don't care, I paid 180 euros and I'm not able to use it. They don't care about the costumer after they got the money. You can find better companies with better services and better products to your house, if you can, avoid EW Technologies.
Water softener stopped working within 1 year, required service support under warranty. Got an appointment date after raising the issue, first technician rescheduled the appointment, got another date and technician confirmed that he will be coming for service and didn’t show up. Overall, the product and service are horrible. ’ll never suggest this to anyone.
I have been with them for few years, they were good for the first year and not responding to calls, mine is over due for months now, paid upfront for the service and got the dates but engineer won’t show up on site after all making hundered calls inspite…absolute gobshite…wouldn’t recommended, stay away from this company.
I would not recommend this company. My machine has not been working for over 2 weeks and I can’t get them to confirm when they will come to fix it. The customer service is appalling. I have phoned and been cut off, emailed and raised a compliant and still no date. Must be better provider out there.
Very bad customer service, serviced the water softner recently and after one week it stopped , contacted the customer care team and given the date for servicing , nobody came to repair,the worst company in my life, the customer care agents are very rude and cheeky, waste of money , please away from their trap, no customer care , waste of money &time.
