Frustrating Experience with Medication Delays

I have been relying on a service for my son for several years. While we've faced some issues in the past, nothing compares to what we're currently experiencing. My son has severe hypertension, which led to him losing his eyesight a few years ago. His blood pressure medication is now over a week late being mailed. We can't retrieve the prescriptions because the service has billed Medicaid for the month. We've been calling multiple times each day seeking any advice on what to do, as his blood pressure continues to rise, but it feels like no one we speak to is concerned.

Frustrating experience with pain medication

My mother is on pain medication, and I contacted them when she only had a few pills left. A representative assured me that her medication was approved and would ship soon, but nothing arrived. After several calls with the same outcome, I watched her suffer through pain for weeks. I am extremely frustrated and angry. They may act like they care, but it’s clear they don’t.

Terrible experience with prescription fulfillment

I used this service for six months. My last order of 10 prescriptions was neither processed nor shipped on time, despite 16 calls over several days. I requested to speak with a manager multiple times but never received a response. Due to these issues, I had to pay out-of-pocket for emergency supplies and transfer my prescriptions to another service. I even went days without essential medications, putting my health at risk. I ended my relationship with this service due to their failure to deliver.

Avoid this service at all costs!

How does this company maintain a 2.5-star rating when almost all reviews are 1 star? I would give them even less if possible. I received unsolicited calls from them trying to switch my prescriptions to their 'free' service. They had all my personal information and pressured me to inflate my prescription count. Their tactics felt very suspicious, leading me to believe this could be a scam. I plan to report them.

Unprofessional and rude customer service

I initially let this service manage my medications, but they kept calling about issues with shipping. They failed to inform me that one of my prescriptions was unavailable, forcing me to check with my local pharmacy. After multiple calls with no resolution, I decided to cancel. During the cancellation, a representative became rude and insisted I arrange for my medications to be transferred back myself. I strongly advise against using this service.

Harassment and deceptive practices

This company leaves persistent messages claiming to be my pharmacy while asking for my personal medical information. They have never been my pharmacy. Numerous complaints about their deceptive sales tactics and harassment have surfaced. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Do not trust this service

This service promised to review my medications but later claimed I didn't meet their program requirements without any clarification. I requested them to delete my information and provide details on any third parties they shared it with. My advice? Just don't engage with them.

Unending, unwanted calls

I've never been a customer, yet I receive relentless calls from this company trying to sell their services. They never identify themselves and call from various numbers. Despite my efforts to opt-out, the calls continue, often multiple times a day. I even played along to get them to stop, but it only led to more harassment. I tried contacting them directly to remove my number, but they refused. Avoid this company!
