Excellent coordination! I bought a bed while away and needed help arranging delivery with a friend at my home. They did a fantastic job, keeping us both informed through text and email as the delivery date approached. I highly recommend their service.
I ordered a shoe cabinet online, thinking I was dealing with a reputable company due to their aggressive advertising. After paying for the cabinet, they have been unclear about delivery details and have not provided any real updates. They appear professional but have not demonstrated reliability in following through. I'm still uncertain about receiving my paid cabinet, and their responses are just more sales ads. The company displays unacceptable behavior by blocking accounts that leave negative reviews on their social media. They previously claimed to have issued a refund for a wrong order (after a month delay without informing the customer), but I haven't received any money to date. They continually avoid answering questions and taking responsibility.
Order arrived on the estimated date, and the representative kept me updated on the status. The table and chairs are lovely. I had an issue with one of the screws, and customer care resolved it quickly. I will definitely recommend this service to friends and family.
