Extremely disappointing online shopping experience

This seller provided the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. After purchasing a voucher, I never received the necessary code for checkout. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, there was no response. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and I am deeply disappointed that a reputable store would associate with such unprofessional service. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.

Avoid this jeweller at all costs

The online shopping experience with this jeweller has been the worst I've ever had. I purchased a voucher and never received the code to redeem it. After several attempts to contact the seller through email and phone, I received no response. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and I'm extremely disappointed that a well-known store would be linked with such unprofessional service. I recommend steering clear of this seller.

The worst shopping experience ever

This was the worst shopping and customer service experience I have ever encountered. I purchased an engraved necklace, but the inscription was unreadable. After sending photos, their automated response asked for information I had already provided. It took days to receive replies, and they eventually refused to address the issue. I will never shop here again and will warn others to do the same. Customers are treated poorly!

Poor service with a slight resolution

The customer service was inadequate. I ordered a personalized heart-shaped necklace but received a circular silver one instead. They promised a refund and a free gift. When I ordered another necklace, it arrived without personalization. After spending nearly €100 on two necklaces, I finally received the correct item and a refund.

Absolutely terrible experience - I was promised delivery within 1-3 days, but now over 10 days have passed with no order, no updates, and no response from customer service. This situation is disgraceful, and I will seek a chargeback through my bank due to their lack of communication despite multiple attempts to reach out. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Unbelievable how this seller is still operating

It's unbelievable how this seller continues to operate. The jewellery is cheap and the customer service is extremely poor. I expected much more from a shop located in a reputable store. Don't make a purchase—you'll likely be disappointed, even if your order arrives!

Everything went wrong from the start

Everything went wrong from the beginning. The team could not handle the holiday rush! If you're ordering for a loved one, be prepared for disappointing customer service. It took three business days to get a response, and now after a week of back and forth, there's still no dispatch. I'm extremely disappointed.

I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but this experience has pushed me to the edge. I ordered 10 chains in September, and many were incorrect. Despite my efforts to resolve it, I'm still waiting for a resolution in November. Their customer service is appalling, and I will never order from this seller again!
