Express One Bulgaria is a complete JOKE of a delivery company. The only good thing is recently my AliExpress orders started coming a bit faster then before , BUT they LIE that they make delivery attempts and they transfer the packages to PUPs (pick up points) with a completely different company they seem to made a contract. Me personally I sometimes prefer the PUPs pickup , but only sometimes. I work 2min away from home and 95% of time I can go out of work to pick up my package IF THEY EVER actually make an attempt for actual delivery instead of 100% PUPs (pick up points) . I want to have the choice of PUPs pick up or delivery to the address LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED. Im mostly pissed that they LIE in the delivery status it says "Unsuccessful delivery" trying to lie that they made an attempt to deliver it that NEVER actually happens.

Without a doubt, this is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Customer support is practically non-existent — the support line is never answered, and it seems impossible to get in touch with an actual representative. Deliveries are consistently late, often without any clear explanation or proactive communication. There is a complete lack of accountability and customer care. It is genuinely difficult to understand how a company operating at this level of service continues to function. It is also unfortunate for the businesses that choose to work with them, as this directly impacts their customers trust and overall experience. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend their services to anyone.
They really dont care about the customer. They have made some kind of network with PUPs (pick up points) in some local stores, instead of investing in stations with cells (like the rest of the companies). These PUPs are usually very far from the delivery address and you always have to take in mind with the working hours of the PUP (which varies a lot ). When you try to call them, they either terminate the call without picking up, or just let you ring for 5 minutes.
Extremely disappointing courier service. The parcel was not delivered to the specified address but instead left at a pick‑up station, forcing the recipient to collect it themselves. This is especially problematic for elderly individuals who may not be able to manage such trips. Customer service is practically nonexistent — no response to phone calls and no replies to emails. Overall, a very poor experience and not recommended.
