Slow delivery and no update for days

Very slow delivery and lack of updates for days. Package still isn’t arriving even 5 days after guaranteed delivery date. The support is very poor and handled with no care. The operator I spoke to didn’t even check the package status, only said that “it may not arrive on time”. Awful service

Waited and waited

Waited and waited. No delivery. Discovered it had been returned!They first claimed a faulty address, it wasnt, and then claimed multiple delivery attempts. They didnt. At no time did i receive a phone call or email to advise me. No calling card left on tbe door. Working hours and local contact number are clearly displayed on the door, no contact. I had no idea they had it. They then said they didnt call me as i had a foreign telephone number! Tsk, how many false excuses. How was i supposed to know?Useless

They steal what they like

If I could give a negative rating, I would. They steal what they like. My item was a maxi shirt dress (large parcel), not easily lost. I never received an e-mail to collect it. When I tried to find it some helpful people from ExpressOne gave me the parcel number in their system, on my name, but no one could tell me where the parcel is so I can collect it. The main office told me that some parcels just fall from the vehicles (get stolen). Ali Express didn't refund - why should they, the item is in Bulgaria, it's just stolen from me. And it was the last item available but even if it wasn't I wouldn't buy it again. I won't buy anything from China again. Don't trust these thieves!

They have never delivered a parcel to…

They have never delivered a parcel to the correct address. It allways arrives to collection point which is far away (30 kilometers!!!!) from the actual address.

The worst courier company ever.

II have a package that has been sitting with them for 2 weeks, and every day they tell me over the phone that it will arrive tomorrow. Today, I find out they have no idea what’s going on with my package, which is worth $400. On top of that, they initially refused the delivery because I wrote "Econt office," and they don’t work with them. They didn’t even notify me; I was the one who called to ask, and they told me the address was invalid. If I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have known. Now the package is either lost or they refuse to deliver it, even though I chose an address suggested by them. I will sue them and hope the company gets shut down.

Had no problems with this company. It handles all my Aliexpress orders and they always deliver to the nearest office.

Worst courier service

Worst courier service. They mark every single delivery as failed and change to self pickup location that is not even near my location. Not only that, but they give a very short timeframe for pickup. Sadly, this extremely poor courier is being utilized by AliExpress and I have no choice but to go and pickup my package personally. I would give -5 stars if that was an option.

Giving customers wrong information

They leave my packages at a "collection point", sometimes 7 km from my home, inputting into the system that "customer requested it" (no, I did not). Not only that, when I walk for miles to reach the collection point, I find that ExpressOne sent me the wrong opening hours. What a waste of time. To sum up, they expect the customer to do their job, and then, to make him extra miserable, they give him wrong information.

Pathetic attempt

Pathetic attempt. Mostly they take Chinese goods and deliver them to some warehouse in Hungary or Ukraine instead of Bulgaria and they are never seen again so there's no point in contacting customer service it will just fob you off. You will get through on the phone to Hungary he will say they sent it to Bulgaria then you speak to Bulgaria and they say they never received it from Hungary. In other words they say not my problem mate contact the seller and get a refund. But I don't want a refund I want the goods that I've waited patiently for. The office in Ruse has a miserable woman who refuses to look up tracking numbers and demands an express 1 tracking number that is completely different from the real tracking number for some reason. Then if you manage to find that number she will say the computer doesn't have any information. Then when you say that head office told me to speak to her because the parcel is in her warehouse and she looks and finds the parcel which will be smashed by then and filthy. I can only imagine this is not actually a courier company but some mafia money laundering scam that Chinese sellers accidentally thought was a real courier.
