They don't deserve even one star

They don't deserve even one star ! Worst delivery company in Bulgaria ever !!! They don't deliver the shipments on time, don't answer the phones. You just sit and wait without knowing if or when the package will be delivered to you. Sometimes they just sign for the delivery and don't deliver the goods to you at all !!!

They provide terrible service

They provide terrible service, every time when I need to get a delivery, I have to call to ask when it will be delivered or why they send sms that will be delivered today and they do not do it.

"Delivery unsuccessfulDelivery failed. Recipient changed to self pick up."They haven't tried to deliver it, they just store it in a dirty warehouse and you have to go there and pick it yourself. Shady company.

Worst delivery company ever

Worst delivery company ever. In 10 days, a shipment arrives from China to Bulgaria, every time they confuse my receiving office and the forwarding takes 10-20 days.

A mess with their deliveries, losing packages

They don't know where the package is for a month or so. See expressone site with tracking number 158271900265675545901766Called 3 times, they have no idea. Wrote email, no responses. Seller charged though..Update: Finally acknowledged lost package and informed the seller. Still leaving 3 starts due to the unpleasant experience.

Worst delivery company

My packages always get delivered to a wrong pickup location. Last time this happened I contacted ExpressOne and they said that the package would be relocated. But it never was - its status is still 'Relocating' several weeks afterwards.

The shipments were never delivered. The claim of the attempted and failed delivery is far from the truth as no one ever tried to contact me. Stay away from them...

The sh*ttiest delivery company ever

The sh*ttiest delivery company ever! They always left the package on wrong place/address! They are not delivering to post offices cause these poor, ugly bulgarians dont work with them , doesnt matter that you put the address on the post office! Also they never deliver on time and always call you after the requested delivery hour! HOPE YOU BANKRUPT!!!!!

Awful and non reliable service

2 stars as they started very well with this service, but since 3-4 months it is a nightmare. Parcel is staying weeks without any info. The problem is that their system marks parcel with attempt for delivery once it reach final destination (pick up location) and if you claim it not delivered you have issues with seller. They lost a package between 2 their locations and were not able to find it for a month, but also were not willing to keep me informed. Hope China suppliers will stop using them
