My friend and I came in to price check a holiday together, not intending to book one yet. Lee talked us through everything, was very kind and warm, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, walked us through everything and made us both feel very comfortable and listened to.
We were both very nervous as it was our first ever holiday, but Lee's warm personality quickly put us at ease.
Lee walked us through our options, was happy to answer any questions we had, was very patient with us when we asked clarifying questions or asked the same question again just to be sure we understood.
Lee made us both feel as though we were very important, reassured us throughout, and seemed to have genuine interest in making sure we were comfortable and got the best deals.
Thanks to Lee's helpful advice, we ended up booking our holiday, even though we didn't intend to move forward with any bookings before.
Lee made this experience very fun, exciting and reassuring, this was especially difficult to do as my friend and I are both neurodivergent, so Lee's personality was very important and influential to our decision to book our holiday.
We went in to Braehead shop to look for upcoming holiday. Ellie, as always, was able to find us mot only a holiday for May in Lake Garda but also a cruise for next year. Ellie was fantastic in understanding what we were after and also what we didn't want. I can't commend her professionalism and knowledge enough. Support from other staff members in trying to navigate the systems for the cruise next year was greatly appreciated
Michelle is always helpful when we come into store if it’s to book a holiday or needing assistance with booked holidays Michelle always knows what holidays we like especially long haul cruises so she is our go to person when booking holidays
