It is too early to give a definitive rating, but thus far it has been VERY good. Monique was superb as the sales agent--the most informed and professional of all companies I contacted. AutoPom!'s coverage and pricing are very good as well. I am hopeful that should I ever need to make a claim, the support and integrity of the administrators and adjustors will be equally good.
They let you know what is and what is not covered. They tell you up front about "exclusionary coverage" which i knew nothing about. I will let you know later how it goes if I need to make a claim but I do believe it will go well.
I researched service contract providers and AutoPOM was rated among the best. I contacted AutoPOM by email on a Saturday to request assistance and received a call from Robert on Monday. He listened to my questions, thoroughly and patiently answered each one and helped me make a decision that was best for me - and he did so with zero pressure.
I worked with Robert in Southern California. What an amazing experience and his depth and knowledge was far better than expected. You never know when you shop online but I have to say I never ever do reviews but in this case this was a major help and ended up with the best possible coverage i could have asked for at about 1/2 the price of a dealership.
