The Extended Stay America branch at 2638 W Old Farmington Rd, Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States, 72704 hotel did not honor my reservation. I reserved 5 minutes before midnight because we were traveling for 16 hours non stop. We called the hotel before doing the reservation and they said okay. After I booked and arrived 10 minutes later they refused to let us in claiming that we were too late to check in. Yet nothing was said to us about not having 10 minutes left before arriving at the hotel. We end up sleeping on the car after spending the money. I will never book with this hotel again and certainly will not use this booking platform reservationdesk dot com,as after contacting them I was told basically there’s nothing they can do for me if the hotel doesn’t honor their bookings so don’t trust them. I lost my money and got crappy costumer services.
We literally called the hotel beforehand and yet we end up frustrated and crashing on the car on road side🤬🤬 and the booking website got my money and the hotel got my money and give me no services. I called this a fraud 🙌 I would give a negative star if I could.
ALMOST THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE. THIS IS ALMOST WORSE THAN MOTEL-6. Nice looking hotel and clean but THAT'S IT. JUST GOT MY WIFE OUT OF THE HOSPITAL CAME IN TO THE FRONT DESK WITH THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE YOU WOULDN'T SEE AT OTHER HOTELS. THEY COULDN'T CANCEL THE RESERVATION WHICH THEY CHANGED FROM THE 1ST FLOOR TO THE 2ND FLOOR OK. THEN I FIND OUT THE ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK! My wife had to go to the bathroom so I had to CARRY HER UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR ONLY TO FIND OUT THE #&@ KEY CARDS DIDN'T WORK! Went down to the front desk to get new key cards ran back up to open the door just in time for my wife #&*@ CRAP THE BATHROOM DOOR HANDLE IS MISSING! Now my wife is SCREAMING AT ME WTFing Place did I book us into! 😭 I didn't use my foot to get the door open, used my knife. They finally brought us a door handle.
Next NO ICE BUCKET IN THE ROOM that's because there's NO ICE IN THE HOTEL THEY ONLY SUPPLY EMPTY ICE TRAYS!
PARKING - NONE IN FRONT they told me if I can't find one in the front to PARK IN THEIR SECURE LOT, IT'S GATED, HAS CAMERAS AND HAS LIGHTS. So I parked in the back which is away from the hotel. Parked next to a guy sitting in his BMW, OK. Walked back to the hotel to find the #@+ door wouldn't open, the noise my foot made attracted someone to open the door for me. During the night I looked out the window to SEE CREEPY PEOPLE WALKING AROUND THE CARS LOOKING IN WTF!
The free breakfast consisted of a CUP OF COFFEE AND MUFFIN.
We were happy to GTFOOT. When I got to my car I find the guy with the BMW still in his car WEARING PAJAMAS WTF.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE other than drug dealers or the homeless.
I had a fantastic experience during my stay in Chino, CA. The accommodations were clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, ensuring everything was perfect. I appreciate the efforts of the entire team, and I've returned multiple times for long stays. Highly recommended!
I arrived at the hotel late at night and found the entrance blocked. I had to use a phone outside to check in, which was unexpected. My room lacked basic toiletries, and the furniture was outdated. To make matters worse, I discovered bed bugs. This stay was truly unpleasant, and I won't be returning.
My stay at the Fort Lauderdale location was disappointing. The room had a foul smell and inconsistent hot water. The shower and sink had drainage issues. Although the location was convenient for cruises, the room's conditions were unacceptable. The front desk staff were helpful, but the hotel's maintenance was lacking.
My experience at the Chino, CA location was delightful. The place was spotless and the staff were very courteous. I never encountered any issues. Huge thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality and for ensuring everything runs seamlessly. I've returned multiple times for extended stays. Excellent team and hotel. Highly recommend!
My experience at the Irvine location was quite negative. The advertised rates seemed appealing, but the quality was far from satisfactory. The TV was outdated, and the refrigerator was poorly placed. The laundry fees were excessive for broken equipment, and the internet speed was inadequate. Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I sought a refund.
I checked in today and had a poor experience with the front desk staff. The service was rude, and I encountered issues in my room that were not addressed adequately. The overall condition of the room was unsatisfactory, and I felt forced to stay despite wanting to switch to a cleaner property.
