The initial pendant we had for my elderly Mum worked perfectly. It charged by her bed, making it easy for her to wear daily. However, the company suggested an upgrade due to potential future network issues, which I now find unlikely. We proceeded with the upgrade, which turned out to be much more expensive after the initial discount. The new pendant also announces loudly at night when it's fully charged, waking my Mum. I contacted the support team about this issue, and they promised to look into it, but two months later, I have yet to hear back about this significant concern. Now, my Mum has to charge the pendant in the kitchen, which disrupts her sleep and increases her risk of falling. I'm very disappointed and regret upgrading from the old white pendant to the new square black one. Caution is advised; the new pendants can't be charged next to the bed.
I purchased this for my Mum, who has sadly passed away. I can't recommend this service enough; they were professional yet friendly from setup to when my Mum accidentally pressed the alarm multiple times, all the way to the call I received the night she passed and the support I got when canceling the subscription. It's an affordable system that my elderly Mum could use easily, allowing her to live independently with fantastic support from everyone involved. I highly recommend them.
Finding what I needed was a breeze. The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was prompt. What else could you ask for? I'm also thankful that we can buy spare pendants despite the age of the personal alarm—especially since they tend to get lost!
We purchased a device and subscription. It arrived, but as elderly users, we needed assistance with setup. We called for two weeks and left several messages and emails, yet we still have NOT received a callback! At this point, I might consider asking for a refund since they can't seem to contact paying customers.
