Charged twice for same subscription with the second charge being substantially more. They will not refund the second charge and instead offered to combine the two one year subscription when I said I do not need the second year they offered to extend it by an additional 3 months at no cost but I don't know if I need so many years of this service. Also the service does not work well I'm having to constantly reinstall the program into the phone and it still doesn't give all the data especially text messages. Thankfully the person I am monitoring is in agreement to me installing the program but it would be much harder for someone trying to be secretive to constantly access the phone to reinstall.
Edit: They said they will refund the charge and have froze my account. I am waiting to see if all three charges are refunded before I delete the review.
When it comes to customer service, this company really does provide it, and to top it off they instantly respond to you in the most caring helpful way. You don't get that a lot now a days, my agent Peter Williamson was such a great help, Im a little slow at this stuff sometimes but he was patient with me And helped each of the times I needed. Doesn't work well and when you first sign up it isn't clear that the payment went through so if you pay again they will not refund you and instead you are stuck paying 300$ plus for two years. They will not refund despite their website being unclear that the first payment went through.

The fine print is not favorable if you reach a point where the service is unusable. The support team lacks adequate assistance.
