Review Time
Where to start…my original poor review was removed for some reason 2 weeks ago. Perhaps not meeting guidelines but I thought this site was about honesty ..
We sent 20 plus tapes for digitisation with a promise of 12 week turnaround at the start of august 25 , well that turned into 28weeks and only because of the threat of court action !
Confidence was so damaged by there actions I had to pay a third party to download the films onto a pen drive from there temperamental cloud as I feared they would never be returned,AS SO MANY REVIEWS POINT OUT!
I can’t correlate how a company can have glowing reviews and truly awful ones at the same time,something seems amiss.
The customer service just pays lip service,when they eventual reply and not once ,in 20 plus emails and calls has anything promised been delivered.
These tapes are treasured memories of a bygone era and in a way you are held to ransom once you have sent them so please think twice .
I also note the generic answer/reply to poor reviews that shows the lack of empathy by each moment.
In my 65 years I can’t remember a service so poor and misleading from a company .
Truly, truly awful from start to eventual finish.
I sent off my deposit to Each Moment in October last year and have still not received my box. I contacted them twice do far and have been assured that it will be sent out...still no box 4 months later. I have asked fir my deposit to be returned but have received nothing yet. Appalling company!
I sent for the box which took 10 days to arrive via royal mail 48 hr tracked!
Would not trust them with my tapes.
Waste of the £10 I spent.

Work carried out all fine, so good to see these memories, all came up better than expected Only one issue and although we were patient to wait on the completion of the order and we appreciate what it must take to do, and although you kept us updated, on the outset of the order if a longer timescale had been said to us our satisfaction would have been the 5star knowing that it could be done in the time you set out at the beginning, but overall, satisfactory work.
I was nervous to send of my precious tapes to a firm whom I had not heard of before , but they kept me updated on how things were progressing.Initially I sent them an email because I was worried it maybe a scam , but they replied straight away and reassured me that everything was in hand and that it would take a while a few months in all .They were true to their word and within weeks I was informed that my digitised tapes were online for me to view .Everything was straight forward and it was wonderful to see old film and memories once more .I am now awaiting my memory box back with the tapes together with the memory stick I ordered which again they informed me are on the way .I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again , obviously some tapes were partially with video but that was no fault of the company but ours they have done a great job.Thankyou to all involved
Haven’t watched all videos yet as sent so many. What I’ve seen so far is great. Lovely to see family and friends long gone at the touch of a button. Massive amount of space released in cupboards and replaced by a small memory stick. Also sent direct to my email while the stick arrived. Well worth the wait (due to high demand) All videos returned so I can actually pass them on as well as having my own copies and I’ll also be able to share with family who don’t have a video player. Highly recommend. Thank you x
It was money well spent. I was anticipating that it would take a few months but the wait was worth it. Not digitising film you can’t watch means you wasted money all those years ago. It was great to see all the old times, many of which I had completely forgotten. To see long gone faces walking and talking is invaluable. The service and communication was excellent.
