This was one of the easiest decisions and processes I have experienced in the 10 years I have been running my own business. I’m amazed how simple Ezidebit platform is to use.
While I have only just set this service up so cannot comment on the function at this stage, I can say that the support I have received in setting up ezidebit has been amazing. It has been tailored to my business' needs and has always been respectful, warm and efficient. Further to this, their pricing and structure look to be very reasonable. I will update this review once I have been using ezidebit's services for a little while.
Onboarding was swift and easy. Abby M. was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The credit team were prompt to respond and update any thing throughout the process. Fees are reasonable and would recommend to any business's out there that require direct debit features for their business.
