It was a wonderful service by Mark on Little Island. Patiently answering all our queries. Great customer service and such a nice chat to get a lot of ideas on what would suit our needs.
I went to the store in Northpoint Business Park in Cork and I must say the service was outstanding. I was looked after by the assistant manager, Shane Monaher, and he is an abolute gent. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to ring around and try to source the particular mattress I wanted, a bit earlier than I was supposed to get it. Highly recommend this store and will definitely go back thanks to Shane's outstanding customer service.
Just to say we had the best customer service from David Bell. So much so that when we first visited the timings of getting a table we liked didn’t quite work but we wanted to go back and buy chairs and make sure it was with David . He’s straight forward, listens well and wants the whole experience to be excellent. A credit to the company.
Bought a sofa, bed side cabinets, and a mattress recently from EZ living at Holywood Exchange. Jenni Wylie could not have been more helpful and friendly. Jenni was very professional and knowledgeable on the furniture I was looking at. Had a wee issue with the mattress and it was all sorted out so quickly and in such a lovely way. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenni, she was also super friendly with my young daughter! Jenni is such an asset to your company. Can't wait to go back and buy some more new items.
