I never placed an order, was not even in Cork that day. I called your office when I received emails about this order, concerned about being fraudulently charged. I suspect that customer had a stolen card and placed an order in a fake name. As a result, I want my details removed off your system permanently... please confirm this has been actioned.
We purchased a power reclining sofa recently after looking at a lot of sofas. The process in store was smooth and the store is well laid out. We placed the order online later and were contacted within a day and then a day or so later they called us right up and scheduled delivery, had a nice chat. Very professional and knowledgeable. The two drivers let me know at night they were coming the next day and manoeuvred a large truck around other vans, which was quite something. Nathan and Radiuoj (I think that's the spelling) were great and got it set up where I needed and were very helpful. All in all, it's a great sofa and the experience was smooth and easy from start to finish. We've purchased from there before and will definitely do so again in the future.
