Review Time
I made my purchase with the confirmation email saying that it would take 2-7 business days to process at which time I would get the shipping info. After 10 business days, I contacted them and they said there was a delay. After another 2 days, it finally shipped and will arrive tomorrow, when I need to leave town for a family emergency. The purchase will then sit on my porch where we'll *hope* it doesn't get stolen all because Pela either lied about the timeframe, couldn't care less to communicate a delay, or were too unorganized and lost/forgot an order.
Had an issue with a purchase and reached out by email. Although the initial response seemed computer generated, the following responses were quick and helpful. They solved the issue and handled my concerns to my full satisfaction!
I love the fact that this company is centered around sustainability and doing good for the planet and the people. Unfortunately, my case was slightly damaged upon arrival, but the team at Pela was incredibly helpful in assisting me. I’m so grateful!
Ordered two cases and they were shipped to the wrong address. I immediately emailed customer service since there is no phone number provided. I have not heard a word in over two weeks. I would give zero stars for customer support if I could.
I ordered my Pela Case during their BOGO offer and realized right after I placed the order that I didn’t have the second case in my cart. I reached out to support to ask if I could get the free case still and they super quickly set up a new order since the first order had already processed) and sent it to me for free! So grateful for the speedy and generous service.
I realized that the address linked to my credit card through the payment platform was outdated, as I had moved several months ago. The support team addressed my email about the shipping address quickly. I'm grateful for their fast service!
I experienced an incredibly fast response when I encountered an issue with a case. Although I've ordered multiple cases before and this was my first problem, they resolved it swiftly! Their products are excellent, and I appreciate that they are made from recycled and compostable materials. Love our planet! 🌍♥️
