Dealing with a lovely man called Scott Keenan in the belgard branch. He is an absolute gentleman and really looked after us and put my elderly mother at ease. He couldnt do enough for us and is an example on how customer service should be done. The old school way. Efficient, listening to his customer ,and with a little bit of charm thrown in.
I visited the Holywood store at Holywood Exchange. Purchased an electric recliner and was very impressed with the sales person Dylon Rhodes he was ver helpful and patient throughout the process. Also the store and items for sale are very impressive i will definitely be back.
Furniture is top class but be aware, delivery guys on their payroll might play the game with customers saying,that furniture is too heavy and it's not safe for them to carry it inside.They also refused to unpack and assemble,citing tight delivery schedule.
