We were shopping at the Blackpool branch in cork and were looked after by Aaron Wallace who was a joy to deal with who was Very helpful and courteous. Great selection of stock and great costumer service by all staff. I would definitely recommend.
The only negative issue I had was that I wasn’t able to click & collect my order online from my local store in Waterford. There were options for other stores, just not Waterford. I had to go in to the store in person to order it for collection
Product is good quality but poor delivery experience. Left a bedroom unit in the box upside down. Had to call help over to help me flip it back, and then had to dispose of large amount of packaging. Most competitors dispose of the packaging as part of the delivery service so I will shop with them in future.
I was looking for a console table of specific width and Matthew Carey was extremely helpful while I looked around the store. Although I didn't find the right console table I was very impressed with the sales approach. He looked up all new deliveries expected for the coming months and searched all possible solutions.
