We were just buying a carpet but the young lady was friendly and very helpful and thorough with her questions and information. She made me feel relaxed which, for me, was important. We were not rushed in making the final choice. We will have a lovely addition arriving in our home in just a few days.
Showroom was a pleasure to browse around, good variety of items on display and plenty of staff on hand to answer any questions. We were in looking for a small sofa and the woman we dealt with was very friendly and informative in helping us make our choice.
