The hospitality was great. Adam Redfern helped us with searching for the furniture we wanted. He sorted us out fairly quickly and got us the payment sorted in no time. It was great experience and hopefully will be the same for future purchases.
Recently made a purchase online of a couch. Only floor model was in the Banbridge store. Unfortunately being in the republic, I couldn’t purchase it directly from the store (as I was going through finance). However, the sales staff member Joshua Watson was extremely helpful as I was making my decision. He guided and advised me over the phone and via email. It’s a shame he couldn’t get the commission or credit for the sale but he was very accommodating and a credit to the store. I hope his manager sees this and appreciates how hard Joshua works.

Went into the Belgard store to look for a new sofa with my mam. The sales guy Sean was very nice and helped a lot! The store is very nicely laid out and clean. Good range of products and little rooms made up to give you some very nice ideas!
