The worst company I have ever dealt with and it's not even close. Last year I purchased a new Emmo Hornet Ebike. 1st one broke down after 3 days. I waited 3 weeks for a replacement and they tried to scam one by me. It took a 3rd bike before I was able to safety use it. So much more to the story. BBB, blackmail, lies, disrespect...to start. And I'm a Senior with health issues. I know it was a year ago next month this all started but will NEVER forget how poorly they treated me. And I know there are more out there.
seems to be a 3 people operation. 1 is hr/accounting, 1 is regional manager... and the other is just sales i guess.wanted to cancel financing.. but since its already "funded" seems the hardest thing in the word. so decided to cancel altogether which is just as difficult. filled the online form, spoke to the regional manager.. nothing. no help.spoke with the financing company and all they had to do was a clawback.i think they send the funds thats why it cant be returned.still pending my cancellation 2 weeks now
We ordered a Nova Eclipse Lte from the Belleville store. The delivery was quick. The packaging was secure, ensuring the item was undamaged. The Sales Team - Julian, Gus and Regis were exceptional, as they kept us updated throughout the entire process. We had a question about the product, and their team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, our experience with Ez Rides Belleville was awesome
If I could give them a zero rating, I would their customer service and their professionalism is actually horrible. They do not respond to any correspondence that you sent them whatsoever. They sent me a mobility enclosed vehicle to my house that was damaged and I’ve requested it replaced and I’m not getting any response from them whatsoever. They’re already horrible company to deal with and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Customer service was fantastic! Bought a Nova lite from them which has been incredible. Great service from the Hamilton and Cambridge team. Always nice to see a group of people passionate about work. I wish nothing but the best for Ez rides and there future endeavours.
EZ Rides Hamilton (Eastgate Mall) uses a high-pressure sales process combined with a non-refundable deposit policy that, in our experience, traps customers. My sister put down a $1,000 deposit on an e-bike costing nearly $10,000. Within two weeks, she realized the total cost was beyond her financial means and returned to cancel. The bike had never been delivered to the store and was never received, yet the manager refused to cancel the order and said she would lose her entire deposit.Head office does not allow phone calls—only email—and responded only with “this is our policy.” The only option offered was store credit, which is useless if you cannot afford to spend thousands more.In my opinion, this business model preys on vulnerable and low-income customers, using hype and pressure up front, then hiding behind policy instead of acting fairly.Until EZ Rides changes this policy—especially for undelivered products—I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
Beware of buying from EZ Rides . They have nice products but if you have a problem they ghost your calls . The customer service is non existence , they don't answer the phone and won't call back . I bought a mobility scooter and on the way home the front left wheel fell off . I was fortunate to be on the sidewalk as if I was on the side of the road I would have been drawn into the traffic and would have sustained serious injuries . The right wheel was also loose . I received help to put back on the wheel and tightened all lug nuts .Further inspection of the scooter showed scratches , scrapes and a crack on the windshield . EZ Rides would not respond to my calls about these issues so I cancelled my contract with the Finance Co as This was under 30 days and not satisfactory for me to continue with ignorant and unprofessional people .Do your homework before you buy from EZ RIDES . I have viewed many reviews about EZ Rides and they are not good . The only positive review comes from EZ Rides own employees . The Better Business Bureau has some complaints about this company .
Ezrides.ca is intentionally misleading buyers of Key points of their electric Dirt bikes. More specifically the Talaria Sting R MX4. They list it on their site as a 750W E bike which is false. Its 8.5Kw. They list it as No license/ no insurance required which makes it illigal to ride on Public trails. The bikes are too powerful to use legally on road as they are 8000W over the legal limit. Even with pedals they are over. Selling the bike as though it can be ridden legally or even ridden with gas bikes is a a lie.
