I recently purchased the Cocoon Travel Pillow, and I couldn’t be happier! The product itself is excellent and comfortable, supportive, and perfect for long trips. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding, friendly, and super helpful throughout the process. I’ll definitely recommend this to a friend!
I bought the couple’s offer and it’s been amazing. We used it on our recent flight with my husband and it was incredibly supportive. I usually struggle to sleep on planes because of my poor sleeping habits, but Cocoon gave me the comfort and support I needed. It's compact and very soft, your neck will thank you.

Bought 2 for my kids for Christmas to travel with the following week. We found that the Velcro was too small and the pillows didn’t fit properly. It was too late to exchange so we bought cheaper alternatives. When I asked for a refund we were offered larger Velcro straps (not sure how that would work) and that we would have to pay for the return ourselves if we did not accept the offer. Do not buy from these dodgy sellers!
Just found this cocoon pillow the most uncomfortable one I have used, and I have had 3 other brands.Hard to pack away in it bag! Valcro 👎🏽Says on the site 90 day return for refund if unhappy! Sent in my complaint asking for a refund to be offered 20% and keep as they said “ the most comfortable pillow “ I replied but it isn’t them comfortable at all!When I replied to there email to decline and ask for a full refund once again, to now my email being returned not receiving!! So what is that telling you? I wasn’t rude, just asking for a refund the site offers😪
The Cocoon Travel Pillow is too large for my neck and the velcro not long enough to adjust for a smaller fit. I emailed for return information and they offered me 20% and keep the pillow, this is not sufficient I don't want the pillow so I politely declined the 20% refund and requested Return details... now it's 30% refund... I do not think this is an Australian company... only other time I have had this situation is when the goods came from China (but I knew i was ordering from OS).
Bought 2 pillows. One is way larger than the other and cant use the Velcro as it wont reach it. I tried to return it and was offered a discount to keep it. To send it back you have to pay your own postage plus admin and handling fee of 20 bucks, so you'd be lucky to get around $18 for a refund. Felt ripped off.
