They scam you and don't care about it.

It was the worst customer experience I've ever had. They decided to raise the prices and only sent me an informational email about it. I was upset because I'm a loyal customer, yet at the same time, while raising the price for me, they were offering discounts to new customers. I reached out to the customer service and started to reason with them. In the end, I was assured that they would not charge me more for this year. I thought, 'well, that's fair enough.' But it was an empty promise. They did charge me more. I have proof of the promise, so I thought it's a mistake; we will sort it out. But no. I was sending emails back and forth, attaching the screenshot several times, but they are acting like bots. Every time a different person is responding, asking for the screenshot, and then just ignoring it. They just want your money and don't care about anything else.

Constant buffering in spite of near to 1 Gbps ethernet signal. Very irritating. If I find another supplier I'm off....

What have they done to the TV coverage

What have they done to the TV coverage? This studio idea is taking it away from the fans what are the women wearing? Why would we want to watch? You sat in a studio? Oh well, just have to watch the race that if it’s not a fix.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. They are a bunch of sheisters. I have not been able to view the full race replays, for dear knows whatever reason, and when I messaged them, I had a lot of trouble getting any answers. I had a lot of trouble getting through the security questions, and in the end i sent them a screen shot of my account, and they still did not believe who I was. I am so peed off with them. I will never pay F1 another penny. I have a subscription and i still cannot view replay races. They can do one. They give me a load of crap possible reasons why I could not view the races. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO F1, as they are a bunch of corporate crooks, just like a lot of greedy effing corporate organisations.

They upped the price with 50%

They upped the price with 50%. Even the people that are also paying in the times that there is no F1 (half season stop and in between seasons) can pay more now. Its ridiculous. I had contact with customor support and they dont even budge an inch.

Its disgusting

Its disgusting, i wanted to watch the race online because i didint get home in time so i thought it was a good time to buy a f1tv subscription. Marketing was missleading and you coulden't tell that the basic subscription plan just include race highlights not entire races. I bought the standard plan without knowing, then i tried to upgrade my plan. Unfortunatly there is no upgrade, u still need to pay the entire price of the pro subscription even tho i bought it 3 mins ago. I also think that this is intentional so they wont tell u clear that the basic plan is only for highlights, just dont want to watch anymore.

Absolute joke of a company and customer support

Absolute joke of a company and customer support.They charged me for a renewal even if the subscription was cancelled a week prior.After sending them screenshots of this, we had to exchange 3-4 meaningless emails before they accept to provide a refund which after a whole month is nowhere to be seen.Terrible staff and support all along, avoid these scammers at all costs.

Charging whatever they want!

My dad had a yearly subscription, stating 110.99 for 2024, but when it was renewed they charged 139.99. Tried to get the difference back, but the refused and told that they had to charge extra, because they want to deliver a good service. What a load of bulls*** - F1 TV is a fraud-service.

Second year: €64.99 ? Not really !

Second year: €64.99 - that was the amount shown in their subscription page till the day i was charged 74.99€ :) Asked for refund - no way dude.. More races - higher price... that's what she said ;) Explained that some kind of email about price increase was sent (found in spam folder... lol)
