My thanks too all the team at Formula 1, Swindon. Took my car in (YT55KXU)on Saturday morning with major brake problems. Explained my urgency to get the repairs done due to the fact i had to be back in Bournemouth on Monday. Managers response was not a problem will be ready for you lunch time and as promised it was, even though he had to shuffle his busy program to accommodate this. Top of my Christmas card list gents, thankyou, look forward to seeing you again.
Stability and streaming issues of the F1 TV app on IOS the last few years across multiple versions of app and IOS (both iphone and ipad have issues). The UI could also be a bit better (more intuitive) in some areas but that is reasonably acceptable. The airplay streaming stability, app stability in general, and the fact that the app does not remember chosen settings each time after it is closed on IOS, and the fact that this has been the case over mulitple releases on multiple IOS versions over multiple years, really isn't good for a subsciption app...Also, the F1 website customer contact forms (chat moving to email due to busy customer support, and seperate email) are terrible and neither worked well in Safari - had to try to send the email multiple times, continuous technical errors, went to the chat and after the chatbot couldn't help me sending the email via a chat session also hit a technical issue (assuming the same issue).Very bad service for a subscription service
It's unbelievable how bad Formula One has gone downhill.I'm totally against the HALO safety system.There I put it out there.They are now up to 26 races with 6 sprint races, which is ridiculous.6 sprint races to make more money.The cars and drivers are so covered up with advertising, they unable to watch.Every announcer thinks they have have to shout every time they describe something.Not to mention that like every other announcer, they seem like they get paid by the word.The newer race tracks are a complete joke, Yes, I mean all Saui races, Miami, Vegas, Singapore and China.Last but not least, ABC has the nerve to have kids announce the race .Complete with idiotic graphics throughout the race.ABC should be ashamed of itself.After close to 60 years of watching and going to three races, I'm done.As I type ABC is loading up the 70th anniversary of Monaco and it's going to be narrated by kids.
Unlegally charging my credit card and unwilling to solve the problem.As part of a deal with Viaplay I was supposed to be able to join f1tv for free. But they have been charging my cc. And now they’re not willing to solve the problem. F1 keeps directing me to Viaplay, saying they need to solve it - even though the withdrawels are done by f1tv. Viaplay points their finger at F1tv. Both are sh31t. Both apps offer streams that stagnate many times during quali or the race.
I've paid for a premium F1 TV account since inception. The app is completely unusable for viewing any video of any kind. I have Gigspeed internet access, and the experience is a horrible buffering choppy disaster. Imagine being "the pinnacle" of racing, charging a premium price to view your content, and being unable to use it.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE.
We've just returned from Formula 1's Leeds branch, where the service provided by Mack regarding our Renegade Jeep was absolutely exceptional.
