They forced Dutch viewer into a monthly subscription removing the yearly option. Raising the prices from 69 per year to an astonishing almost 12 euro per month (142 per year). Matching ViaPlays offer. Which they made a deal with.
Was a happy customer for years, and happy with the subscription price of €65 a year. In november received an email the yearly price would go up to €95 a year, a hefty price increase. But the (unannounced) payment request from F1 in december bounced, probably because the funds on the debit card were not enough. Had I known I would have made sure there were enough funds on the card.But because of this they immediately cancelled my subscription. And even after contacting support they are not able to fix this. Which is terrible customer service really.The only option now is to get a monthly subscription for €11,90 per month (€142,80 a year) which is more than double the old price, so thanks but no thanks.They lost me as a customer, would not recommend!
I live in Las Vegas, a city where we have the misfortune of hosting F1. Because of that, our roads are constantly under construction year-round. During the race, businesses are forced closed because they're within the vicinity of the race track, forcing many people to lose a week's worth of work. Barricades, lights, and stands are set up everywhere, and not only do they look ugly, they block off access to many locations weeks in advance of the race itself. Commutes that should take twenty minutes instead take an hour or more.The money that's supposedly brought into town doesn't ever reach any of the regular people in the city, instead it fluctuates amongst the casino moguls, politicians, and bureaucrats who forced this hellscape upon the rest of us.
As a big F1 fan obviously I subscribed to F1TV and for the most part I’m really satisfied, what others complain about like image quality etc I have no issues at all, only rarely a short episode of pixelation or graining. Very sparse and lately hardly any. But what makes me VERY angry and dissatisfied is the content, both of the app as well as the streams, like now in Brazil when qually was postponed due to rain, they just stopped coverage! And this morning around the postponed Qually no Pre-qually show? No Post qually show? WHAT IS THIS??? We are paying a LOT of money so we are entitled to a DECENT SHOW!! Shame on you F1TV! This is a disgrace and a MAJOR disservice to your loyal customers, your bread and butter!!!
