- Website needs more flexibility for international customers. Currently, it’s an amateurish website. When login in, the website never really logs you in.
- For long lasting customers who bought several products on line, there are no awards, discounts or special deals, not even on Black Friday’s, 4th of July sales.or Year end sales etc… Really disappointing !
- in order to grow, your company really requires professional international consultancy and steering in order to expand into an international business. Otherwise, you will remain a small European company with limited vision.
- in case you would like to compete with the world bigger clothing brands, there is a lot more at hand to realise.

Products are great, customer service is not.

I absolutely love your products. I have bought many myself, and I was recently gifted another. On the gift, the sweater (which I had a prior version of from when I went to Norway) immediately split on the side (it was absolutely the right size). We sent it back, asking for an exchange, and you all retagged what we sent back and just sent it out to me again. That is a horrible experience, and not at all what I would have expected from your brand.
