Review Time
Almost three months further and still no refund of my shipping costs. I’m not gonna say it more often, don’t purchase anything, these people are scammers.. They have asked me to remove my review and instead they would refund my shippings costs. It’s on the mail, I’ve got all the proof, I’m happy that I’ve got an update that a lot of people have seen my reviews to prefend you all from being scammed.
I genuinely feel like I was scammed! Simidola is yet to ship my order and at this point I am considering calling my bank to file a chargeback to report simidola for fraud!! do you know how useless and lousy of a company you have to be to ignore customers via whatsapp and social media after they have spent $200 plus on your website??! I've contacted their customer support via tiktok also multiple times to no avail. Simidola ship my order out or refund me before I publicly drag you on social media and expose you for your scams! You don't get to take this amount of money from me and leave me in the dark
Love the hair its soft easy to comb. And can do different hair styles. Im so impressed with this hair. I have to get more wigs. Simidola also gives gifts alone with the wigs and the box is beautiful. I recommend Simidola. Also they are friendly and help you out. Their prices are very affortable. I give them a 10+ 👌🏾🔥
I usually buy a lot but I dont know what's happened lately Nobody is replying to my email or messages and theyre flat out ignoring me. Wig has gone over the time stated for customisation and I have no idea what is going on.The WhatsApp number no longer is answered and nobody has been on it since the start of this month.I am well and truly fed up, I've told them to cancel my order as I've had to make a booking with a hairstylist instead due to their time wasting ways, I will not ever be ordering again, they used to be great but its gotten so hit and miss this year.My order number is SD6124 and I expect a resolution ASAP. All the hundreds of pounds I have spent on ordering from you these last few years and this is how I'm treated?!
I bought a water wave, v-part wig. With all the discount coupons, it was luckily only €120, but even if it's a smaller amount, it just has to be good. This wig is truly a disaster. I've never had so much tangling and drama with a wig as this one. It's been tangled from day one. I contacted Simidola, and they asked if I knew how to manage the curls. Yes, I know, my own hair is curly too, and I know which products to use and which not to. After two weeks, I was so irritated, I contacted them again, and they only wanted a €12 refund. Or a discount on a future order? As if I'll order from them again!? I think it's a mix of real and synthetic hair, because it's impossible for 100% human hair to tangle so severely. I only use it for a night out now because it only stays nice for a few hours. I can wash and condition the wig, then use a leave-in conditioner and curl cream, etc. for 3 to 4 hours, and then it becomes a big, frizzy tangle.
I bought an $107 wig from this company 3 weeks ago and I never received it. I asked for a refund and was denied, they said that UPS said that I signed for it and UPS ssid that in their system it says that it's out for delivery. I will never buy anything from them ever again in life. I work for the federal government and I will use my power and influence to make them pay for their deception.
