Ordering, payment, and shipping to the US was very efficient. Wanted to get a Valentine gift for my Portuguese wife. I order three week prior but worried it would not arrive in time. I received it over a week prior. We are taking a trip, so I gave her the gift early and she loved it. One suggestion, for necklaces you may want to list the length of the chain.
We have spent a lot of time in Portugal so wanted something from there, made locally, to remind my wife of our time there. The jewelry shipped quickly from Portugal and arrived in days. It is beautiful and my wife will enjoy it for years to come. Great communication on the order and shipping also which is much appreciated.
I wasn't happy with receiving the necklace in such a flimsy, thinly padded envelope and the box the necklace was in was unprotected inside. The box was ripped, creased and dented and wasn't real presentable to give to my wife for her birthday. When she opened it, the chain inside was all knotted and it took us both over 45 minutes to fix it. Otherwise, the necklace is beautiful and my wife completely loves it so it's still a win for me!
