I have been getting some phone cases that are actually like little wallets. The ones that I used to use had snaps on the outside section. The snaps were extremely hard to get open. The new one is padded and has a zipper on the outside section. I love this as you don’t have to worry about breaking fingernails or the snaps when you open it. This one has a magnetic spot to close everything up.
The iPhone case was to small I ordered a 11 Pro Max wallet case That was way too small I reached out to Customer Service to return the product and no response But you can ask for a survey Unbelievable I need to return my iPhone case and get my refund please
I placed the order for a Christmas gift for my nieces and here it is January 15, 2025 and I still have not received them!! I messaged customer service about cancellation and a refund but they replied “they will be shipping soon” I will not order from them again!
The makeup bags I purchased are very good quality! Love them! There was a problem with my address for shipping and a rep reached out to me via text to clear things up! Super customer service! They even included a Thank you note and small gift of appreciation for shopping with Himoda! That was a nice surprise! No one does that! I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend them to everyone! 😊
