We have just had our front door and all windows replaced with Fairco and we could not recommend them enough. From our initial meeting with Jack our sales rep who explained everything in detail and went through all the alternative options to our fitting with Tony and the team the service was 10/10 and we are over the moon with the finished product! Tony the fitter and his team were extremely neat and tidy and left our home spotless, teh installation was absolutely seamless and we will reccomend to all our friends and family! We had our New windows and french Doors fitted back in September and we are just thrilled, we especially saw a huge difference with the strong winds last week. Jack the Fairco Rep came out to our home and was very professional and knew his stuff, Having recieved other quotes also we made our decision to go with Fairco and we are so happy we did. The lads that came to the house was very friendly and professional and not a spec of dirt was left after them, i was very impressed how they did one room at a time and immediately cleaned up after. I got windows and doors 2 years ago. I was delighted with the windows but the doors gave trouble and the front door was replaced and it is still cracking and making noises ...I was told this is normal and the front door should not have been replaced. If I had known Fairco would not stand by their work I wouldn't have picked them.I wonder if anyone else has trouble with front doors they got from Fairco maybe you might let me know.Peter 0852152900
From initially visiting the showroom in Santry to installation over the past 2 days I can honestly say the service was second to none. Dean the rep even visited us on a Saturday to suit our schedule. We were constantly kept up to date with the programme and the final results are stunning. Absolutely delighted and would highly recommend.
Excellent customer service for the moment we walked into the showroom. Engineer who came to the house had some additional ideas which we took up. The instillation was about four weeks form the engineers visit. The two installers where polite, clean and very friendly, they knew exactly what they were doing. They left the area clean, taking rubbish with them. Would we return to Fairco for more work..? Yes!
From the 1st contact to the completion of the work, I was kept informed all the way through the progress. The Sales Rep was friendly and informative. I was told the job would take 2 days to install the new guttering system, which it did. 3 installers arrived as stated, carried out the installation and left my premises in a neat and tidy state. I would highly recommend Fairco.
Everything ran smoothly from initial contact to the rep and surveyor visiting to measure my door. My contact Dean couldn't have been more helpful and provided valuable advice. The installation team was efficient and friendly and did a fantastic job. I'm delighted with the new door and would use Fairco again for any door or window needs.
