Review Time
Fairco did a big job for us last week - 24 windows in total, a mix of sash and picture. They did a fantastic job. The team was so professional. They arrived punctually every day, were extremely courteous, tidy, cautious around the furniture and watchful that our pet was safe at all times. I could not recommend them highly enough. The sales staff, surveyor and installation team are a credit to the company. The owner Jim Toal deserves a clap on the back - he runs a good show. They finished on time and I would highly recommend them. We are thrilled with the job.
We got French Doors and a Composite Door with side panel and couldn’t be happier. Victor and Frank installed them and couldn’t be more professional. They worked from the time they arrived straight through lunch and left the place spotless, 100% would recommend Fairco, and will definitely be using them again.
Bad. Bad. Bad. We simply contacted them to set up a appointment for someone to come quote for our house. We have no idea what the difference in price is between all the types and thus we wanted a quote. Simple right! They refused to send anyone to quote until we had chosen the type and colour. Talk about not understanding customers. Hummmm lads put the prices up online and then maybe your customers can bow and beg for a quote. Shows a very poor culture of customer service and they were eliminated from even consideration before they even quoted for the work.
So disappointed. Had used them before but sadly no customer service this time. Front door would not close, could not send someone until 7 days later. Had to get and pay for locksmith to fix door, not hung properly. Then no one showed up on day, after taking time of work, which had to beg for. No apology, until asked, no explanation, till asked. Now, another appointment to fix another door and window. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Could offer me any time for sales guy to come out, but not to fix their mistake.
Pluses: 1.professional approach2. On time install3. Good quality productMinor minuses:1. Front door surround caulked but not back door ( although secured & weather tight) however would look better2. French doors 4 separate keys…1 reqd per door3. Slightly pricey but offset by being a quality setup so no problem paying
Friendly sales, engineering, and installation personnel. I had six windows installed and the team got it done in a day, which was greatly appreciated. The job is of an excellent quality and the support from the company was decent from sales to final install. The only downside is that they insist on all payment being made upfront, prior to the install. Would recommend Fairco.
