As someone with a background in retail service management and experience in the forklift industry, I was initially skeptical about extended warranties. However, considering the complexity of modern vehicles, I believe the cost versus benefit is justified, especially with the positive feedback regarding the service and warranty options. Its all about the rep, Edward Benes. He is the type of rep that really sells this type of company and product. He takes the time to really explain the ins and outs of the product and helps the customer really understand what they are buying and most importantly why they need it. I was reviewing vehicle warranty plans online, to obtain coverage for a used vehicle I had purchased. I received a half dozen price quotes. I initially purchased a plan from Endurance, because they are one of the biggest companies in the business. But within days I had second thoughts, based on negative reviews and the sales pressure. Well where should I start . I watch the father and son podcast CAR EDGE on YouTube. They always advertise this company for auto warranty, they answer all my questions did my own research. Last week I started a claim for my vehicle. And they took care of everything. Iam very impressed with this warranty company, i highly recommend this company hands down , after picking up my vehicle they actually call me and made sure everything went well no other company does this .
