They sent me ripped lining of the dress that i bought very cheap quality stuff and stitching is worst. If you order large size they will send you small according to their choice. Plz never waste your money on this website.
Please be wary when ordering from this website. They are selling replica items and misleading customers. They are advertising as a UK based company, however are based in India. I ordered a dress and what I received was far from the pictures advertised. They are misleading their customers. Several pieces of fabric were missing. When I contacted falakenoor boutique about this they were extremely abrupt, impolite and unprofessional in their manner. I have never received such improper and informal service from such a business. They were abusive and caused severe stress and anxiety to me as a customer. I had to dispute the transaction as they would not exchange nor refund the transaction. They stopped communicating and did not respond as they did not want to resolve the issue. Messages from them prior to this were harassing and threatening. The injustice I received from this company has not gone unnoticed and I will be sure to share this on all social media platforms so others do not have the displeasure of receiving such foul service.
The quality of the dresses are pretty. One dress didn’t look exactly like the picture on their site but it was still nice. Also, their site says that shipping would take 1-2 week, but it took over a month to receive the dresses, despite constantly email/whatsapping them. Sometimes I wouldn’t even get a response. By the time the dresses arrived, I was already on vacation in another country and I had to call my neighbors to take the packages until I got back. I ended up buying my outfits in that country, last minute, because I had no choice. So if you have about 5 weeks before a trip or a vacation, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. If you have 2 months until your upcoming trip, then you could order from them, and you may get your outfits on time!
I ordered two dresses from them on the 29th April. On one of the dresses it was advertised on the page of the dress that it would be dispatched within 1-2 weeks, and on the other it was advertised up to 5. After 5 weeks I still hadn't heard anything from the company. I attempted to contact them via email, whatsapp and phoned. I received a generic response that it would be up to five weeks for the dresses to come, this already goes against what it said on one outfits page as that said 1-2 weeks. I then emailed again for an update and was given no response, I tried to message and call via whatsapp, and again received nothing. I did this a few times, and after all my attempts to contact them they sent me an email on the 10th June stating that one of my outfits cannot be delivered because it has been discontinued and that the other outfit (which was meant to take 1-2 weeks) is still under stitching/process. I requested a full refund for both outfits. The company said they can only give me a full refund for the one outfit that has been discontinued and only 80% of the other outfit as it is in the processing/stitching stage. They wanted me to pay for the handling and processing after messing me around for 6 weeks. At the point of purchase they falsely advertised two weeks for one dress and 5 weeks for the other ( which was out of stock and this was also falsely advertised as available). With this information I would assume that after 6-7 weeks I would have received my items not that they would still be under the stitching process. I had a look on the website that the outfit is under the processing stage, another lie told by them. I ordered from this website with the trust that it had paypal and didn't expect to be scammed. Their customer service is atrocious and the lake of care for their customers is awful. Do not shop from this website, they are incredibly unprofessional and will waste your time.
