The post office lost my custom poster and family gifts company provided great tracking information and was always willing to refund my money if I didn't get the poster. 30 days after the original ETA my poster arrived and my wife loved her gift..

My opinion is this company is managed…

My opinion is this company is managed extremely poorly. I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived not on late but damaged. I reached out to them several times before and after Christmas and they finally got back to me four days after Christmas with a general vague response that is unacceptable. I would hate to see anyone else go through what I have and waste your money. I feel I have been taken advantage of and this company refuses to be held accountable
