I ordered on OCTOBER 31st. They emailed me about the sweatshirt color being out of stock. So I chose a different color. I emailed them on November 20th asking for an update. Tracking number and order number. November 21st they emailed back and said that my order was sent to the post office. Still didn’t receive an order or tracking number. I emailed them again on December 1st asking for a tracking number AGAIN. I was then told they were just starting my order. But like a week ago I was told it was already sent to the post office. Once again I emailed them that they either need to send it or cancel the order. I was FINALLY given an order number but when I tried to track it on their website, it told me there was no such order. They told me it takes 2-8 business days to manufacture. It’s been over 40 days since I ordered. I emailed them today telling them to cancel and haven’t heard back. I reported them to the government scammer website and got ahold of my credit card company.
Yes we received our picture and we absolutely love it it is so beautiful and the colors are so bright and we could not be happier with the quality it is going to look amazing in our living room we can’t wait to show it to our family and friends thanks again from the bottom of our hearts Christine
